Our performance nutritionist will complete an in-depth analysis of your current diet to determine its strengths and weaknesses, before providing macro- and micronutrient recommendations as well as supplement suggestions to maximize performance and body composition.
Our registered Physiotherapist can provide comprehensive biomechanical analysis of movement patterns and assessment of musculoskeletal function. She will then develop mobility and strengthening protocols to ensure you stay healthy and safe.
